I. HOW TO ESCAPE ELO HELL

1. Last Hitting - the key to win ( creep score ) - The way to win games, most of new players doesn't even know how important it is. Basically it gives you gold advantage about your laning opponent, as you can deducate more gold will help you dominate the lane.
- The key to succes is to stay out of enemy's range, when minions are low on HP we go at max auto attack disstance required to kill the minion, after this we go back out of enemy range.
- Don't auto attack minions all the time just try to last hit as good as you can, auto attacking will cause your lane become pushed and you will be more susceptible for ganks and at the same time you are disabling your jungler to help you.
- Notice that ranged minions dies faster but deals more damage, be carefull when your allied wave contain alot of ranged minions - it might make your last hitting harder.
- You are not able to last hit whole minion wave, focus yourself only on creeps you can kill.
- Don't get too focused on last hitting, you always have to watch mini map to avoid incoming ganks, on the beginning it might be hard to be focused on both things but you can get used to it.
- While laning remember that the prority is :
1. Last hitting
2. Don't die
3.Kill your opponents
even if you will die once or twice but you will have way better CS than your opponent, you are at least equally on same fed-level as he is.
- You are not able to last hit whole minion wave, focus yourself only on creeps you can kill.
- Don't get too focused on last hitting, you always have to watch mini map to avoid incoming ganks, on the beginning it might be hard to be focused on both things but you can get used to it.
- While laning remember that the prority is :

even if you will die once or twice but you will have way better CS than your opponent, you are at least equally on same fed-level as he is.
- Last hitting at the turret :
Turret to kill MEELE MINION needs : 3 hits and to kill RANGED MINION needs : 2 hits try to hit a minion before a turret hit and then wait for their low hp to take a last hit.
When minions are under the turret try to stay as close as you can to them, it will minimize your reaction time.
- Using skills to last hit
Of course you can use your abilities to improve your effecience, some champions like : Annie, Karthus, Swain, Veigar, Irelia have special abilities that allows them to last hit with low mana cost or recorvering your mana cost after takeing a kill. So don't hesistate to csing with your abilities but always remember to don't use all of your mana points.
At the 11th-15th minute mark you should have about 100+ creep score, then at 20th-25th minute about 200+ score, right now it might feel impossible for you but everything comes with practice.

2. Lobby chat, Meta game, Champion select, Attiude
Another very important thing is to stay calm 24/7 while playing. I know that it is easy to say hard to do with those people but you have to know that flameing/rageing on another people never(some exceptions) helped to win. In lobby chat say what positions you prefer and wait for agreement, if you are very confident about your playlevel then you can try some tricks like saying that it is your smurf account and the main is 17xx elo, that's what you try to do when you are last pick i.e. If you are not sure that you can carry your team, don't take most important roles in a team, stop troll picking - most important thing is to cooperate with other team members.

- Bruiser Top, Bruiser Jungle, AD carry bottom, Support bottom, AP carry mid
- 2x AP carry(1 go top, 1 go mid), bruiser jungle, AD carry bottom, Support bottom
- 2x Support(1 go mid, 1 go bottom), Bruiser top, Bruiser jungle, Ad carry
3. Basic Rune-page
Make sure that you have most basic and required rune pages like :

Glyphs - Magic Resistance per level
Quintessences - Flat ability power, Flat Armor penetration

4. Dragon & Baron control
This is VERY important aspect of the every game. Well controled dragon spawn can give you easy win. Dragon spawns every 6 minutes and you should be at the drake every 6 minutes. You have to write to your team mates that dragon spawns i.e 20:32 - after every kill baron you can write his next spawn - and here is a tip if you got mobile phone which uses Android system, then you can download application in Android market called 'Jungle Timer'. It's completly free program, easy to use but gives you really alot, you just have to activate the image of the monster you killed and it will automaticlly remind you about next spawn by bell signal.
Lets say that 1 dragon gives you 190g. That means that 2 dragons gives your team 380 gold which is really HUGE, it is like 5-6 kills for your team, even if you are losing in kills but got all dragons, you are still in the game, so really.... if you want get out of elo hell you have to get better control of dragon&baron.
5. Watching best gamer's streams.
It is great way to improve your playstyle, you can learn alot of things by watching things - there are streaming player on every position in game so you can pick your favourite one and just watch him ! Maybe it will bring you some new strategies or ideas - anyway, you should try.
